Why food truck?

Enough for about 12 hours of work. Generator power is from 10 to 20 kW.

Is there insulation in a food truck?
The walls and floor of a food truck are insulated with a double layer of insulation to avoid heat loss. Together with the food truck you get the vehicle certificate of ownership with a special mark SHOP-VAN or MOBILE CATERING OUTLET.
A food truck must be registered in the traffic police, you must get the license plate.

What is the heating equipment in the food truck?
The equipment for cooking is usually bought by customers themselves. Since basically, it is a desktop and simply plugged into an outlet. If the equipment needs to be installed, then by prior agreement with us, you order it with delivery to our shop, and we charge for the installation works.
How is the external design developed ?
You can use the services of our designer, or hire your own.
In case of involvement of the designer, we will provide you all necessary materials for design development on our food truck.

What you need to have in a food truck to avoid problems with regulatory and supervisory authorities?
  • set of normative and technical documentation (GOST/TU, technological map or composition, etc.);
  • personal medical books;
  • documents confirming the origin, quality and safety of food products, packaging materials and disposable cutlery (certificates or declarations of conformity, certificates of state registration);
  • temperature log of refrigeration and freezing equipment;
  • examination log - examination of hands, open surfaces of the body for the presence of pustular diseases;
  • log of accounting for the use of deep fat (if deep fat is used)
  • quality control log.

You will also need copies of the following documents, certified by the seal of the organization:
  • Notice of starting a business registered with the Rospotrebnadzor (issued for the place of production, since it is not possible to issue for all places where the truck is stationed);
  • program of production control over the order of compliance with sanitary rules and the implementation of mandatory sanitary and epidemiological measures in the manufacture and sale of catering products;
  • lease agreement for a place of location (with title documents) or a certificate on the right to place an object);
  • contract for garbage collection (it is important that the disposal of solid waste and food waste is prescribed in the contract);
  • contract for the disposal of mercury and fluorescent lamps (if used in a food truck);
  • contract for disinfection, disinsection, deratization;
  • contract for washing/dry cleaning of sanitary clothing (uniforms);
  • contract for laboratory tests;
  • sampling protocols of ready meals;
  • protocols of washes from working surfaces, inventory, hands of personnel;
contract for the supply and removal of used industrial water, disinfection of used containers for industrial water or a protocol for testing water at the collection point from an independent laboratory for a period not later than 1 year and the availability of a means of disinfecting containers for those.
